Job Description

Hiring for Recruiter

Location- Delhi


Experience: 4- 10 Years of experience in recruitment, preferably experience in law firm

Note: Candidates with lesser notice period would be preferred


Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our Lateral & internship programs. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to join our team as interns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying and nurturing young talent


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various legal positions, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, legal recruitment networks, and social media to advertise positions and reach potential candidates.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:


  • Source candidates through a variety of methods, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job postings.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the firm.

Interview Coordination:


  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide interview feedback and act as the liaison between candidates and the firm’s hiring teams.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including partners, hiring managers, and department heads, to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Advise on talent market trends, salary expectations, and strategies for successful recruitment.
  • Offer Management & Negotiation:

  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the offer negotiation process.
  • Ensure a seamless hiring process, from offer acceptance to the candidate’s first day.


Compliance & Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring processes in accordance with firm policies and compliance standards.
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to senior management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the legal industry, including law firm structures, practice areas, and roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Legal recruitment experience, specifically in law firms.
  • Knowledge of the legal job market and industry trends.
