SUMMARY

Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Position (NON IT Recruitment)

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist for non-IT recruitment. Candidates with 5 to 6 months of internship experience will also be considered for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
Managing and coordinating with stakeholders
Sourcing candidates from various job portals
Scheduling interviews and facilitating negotiation processes

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment or relevant internship experience
Location: New Alipore, Kolkata
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
This position is based on an office work mode
