Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Experience Required: 2 - 4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition About Us: stockaxis is a SEBI-registered research analyst and investment advisory firm focused on delivering well-researched stock recommendations to retail investors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to help us onboard top talent across departments including research, sales, operations, and technology. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for multiple roles. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sourcing quality talent, optimizing the hiring process, and delivering a great candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Own the entire recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer rollout. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role-specific requirements. Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and recruitment agencies. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders. Maintain and update the applicant database and recruitment trackers regularly. Assist in employer branding efforts including social media posts, job fair participation, and onboarding communication. Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 24 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or financial services environment. Familiarity with using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Strong judgment and decision-making skills when evaluating candidates. Preferred Attributes: Exposure to hiring in domains such as finance, sales, research, or IT. Ability to work independently and drive hiring targets with ownership and accountability.
