Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Mumbai Department: Sales & Client Relations Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our telesales team at stockaxis. In this exciting role, you'll guide a team of talented salespeople, help them grow, and ensure clients are always happy with our services. Youll provide daily market updates, listen to calls, and help the team improve their sales skillsall while earning great incentives! If you have a good understanding of sales and experience in the stock market, this is your chance to work with a growing equity research firm. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire the Team: Lead, motivate, and support the telesales team to achieve their sales targets. Provide guidance and feedback to help team members improve their sales skills. Listen to their calls, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed. Client Engagement & Satisfaction: Make sure clients are happy with our services and address any concerns quickly. Provide regular market updates and communications to clients. Training & Development: Train new telesales employees on how to sell our services and engage with clients effectively. Regularly train the team to help them improve their sales skills and product knowledge. Hiring & Team Building: Take charge of hiring new team members by conducting interviews and selecting the best candidates. Help build a strong, motivated, and successful telesales team. Market Insights & Daily Updates: Share daily market updates with the team, keeping them informed on the latest market trends and news. Help the team use market updates to better connect with clients and close sales. What Were Looking For: Education: MBA degree in any field (preferably in Finance or Sales & Marketing). NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification is a plus, or should be completed before joining. Experience: At least 5-7 years in sales team management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Experience working with a stock broking firm or in the financial services industry is highly preferred. Skills & Qualities: A strong leader who knows how to inspire and motivate a team. Solid understanding of sales strategies and stock market . Proven success in telesales and building client relationships. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients. A proactive, goal-driven person who loves achieving targets. Personal Attributes: Motivated and eager to lead a high-performing team. Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
