Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify current and future staffing needs in coordination with department heads.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for all hospital roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal references.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and hospital standards.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and selection processes with respective departments.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and recruitment analytics.
Organize and participate in campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.
Ensure recruitment compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH).
Build relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and external recruitment agencies.
Prepare recruitment status reports and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
38 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setup.
In-depth knowledge of hospital manpower structures (Doctors, Nursing, Paramedical, Technical & Administrative staff).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment within strict timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
