Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across diverse industries. You will play a key role in sourcing top talent, collaborating with hiring managers, and guiding junior recruitersensuring timely and successful closures. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals. Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and manage the interview process. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure timely communication and feedback between candidates and hiring teams. Track and report recruitment metrics on a weekly basis. Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–7 years of recruitment experience (preferred in bulk & niche hiring). Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel for reporting. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Strong negotiation, decision-making, and candidate evaluation skills.
