Job Description

NIIT is Hiring Recruiter (1 year Contract Role) Location : Work From Office Working Days : 6 Days a Week Industry : E-Learning / EdTech Department : Human Resources Employment Type : Contractual Role Category : Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Salary : Up to 4 LPA Roles and Responsibilities : Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, and professional associations. Conduct detailed interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Lead negotiation and offer process, ensuring fair and competitive packages. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal recruitment policies. Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Required Skills : Proven experience in bulk hiring , especially in a fast-paced environment. Strong command over end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions . Experience in BPO or volume hiring is a plus. Eligibility : Any Graduate Must be open to working from office Candidates with consultancy hiring or project-based recruitment experience preferred. Interested?
