About the Role

We are a growing AI company looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to drive our hiring efforts. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for both tech and non-tech roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

·       Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.

·       Write engaging job descriptions and post across relevant channels.

·       Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and communities.

·       Screen and evaluate candidates based on role fit and cultural alignment.

·       Conduct structured and behavioral interviews using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).

·       Maintain accurate records in the ATS to track candidate progress and streamline hiring

·       Track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate).

·       Support employer branding efforts through social hiring and content.

·       Ensure a great candidate experience from outreach to offer.


Key Skills & Qualifications

·       Strong interviewing skills, with a structured and behavioral approach.

·       Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and leadership.

·       Negotiation & persuasion skills for handling offers, conflicts, and workplace discussions.

·       Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Asana.

·       Empathy & emotional intelligence to foster a positive work environment.


Preferred Qualifications

·       Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       1-3 years of experience with a focus on recruitment (in-house or agency)
