Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. Additionally, the Recruiter will contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Qualifications

Experience in identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates
Strong interviewing and assessment skills
Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and manage the hiring process
Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
