Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and manage applicant tracking systems. Additionally, the Recruiter will coordinate hiring activities, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and develop job descriptions
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining candidate databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the engineering or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
