Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Recruiter at Zippintella Pvt Ltd. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks will include developing recruitment strategies, maintain candidate databases, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Additionally, the recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sourcing, attracting and interviewing candidates
• Experience in maintaining candidate databases
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers
• Excellent time-management skills
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is a must.
• Experience in the mobility or transportation industry is a plus
