Work closely with the different teams to identify recruitment needs & close the open positions by hiring relevant fit in desired timelines
Co-ordination with the relevant stakeholders for understanding the requirement fully well and utilize all possible hiring sources for timely closures
Manage the entire recruiting cycle from scratch - like creating requisitions, ensure job description , budgets are in place
Maintain regular progress and flag in case of any offer drops and attrition
TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
Graduate/Post graduate in HR
Hands on experience in job portals - Naukri, LinkedIn etc
Understanding of different sourcing channels and strategies
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Excellent communication skills
1-3 years of experience would be preferred
Strong recruitment skills
Self-starter, able to handle hiring pressure
