Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented BIM Architect with 0–3 years of experience to support our design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in creating and managing 3D models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools such as Autodesk Revit, ensuring accurate and coordinated design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop coordinated design solutions.
• Assist in preparing construction documents, drawings, and schedules.
• Support clash detection and coordination processes using tools like Navisworks.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout design development and construction phases.
• Follow company and project-specific BIM standards and protocols.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide input on constructability and model accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a must.
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D design tools is a plus.
• Understanding of BIM processes and standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude to learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or academic projects involving BIM.
• Knowledge of clash detection, quantity take-off, or construction documentation.
