Job Description

Role Overview

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for US-based IT roles.
Source candidates through
job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and professional networks
.
Recruit for roles such as
Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Specialists, Cybersecurity Experts, Data Engineers, and Network Engineers
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and cultural fit evaluations.
Negotiate offers with candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms.
Ensure compliance with
US labor laws, visa categories (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizen, etc.), and company policies
.
Maintain accurate candidate records and prepare recruitment reports for management.

Qualifications

2-5 years of proven experience
in US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of
US employment laws, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa types
.
Hands-on experience with
ATS platforms
such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar.
Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies across multiple industries.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
