Recruiter

Position: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 3-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and sales positions, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
• Manage bulk hiring drives, including campus hiring, walk-ins, referral programs, and job fairs.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract sales talent and other key profiles.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth on-boarding for new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate recruitment with a focus on bulk hiring and sales hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
