About the Role:

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for various clients (IT & Non-IT)
  • Source candidates through job portals.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates & clients
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and reports
  • Work closely with the team to meet hiring targets and deadlines

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT preferred).

Good knowledge of job portals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
