As an HR Recruiter, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. Conduct initial interviews to determine their suitability for specific positions. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profiles. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through the final interview stages and job offer. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring managers.
