Job Title: Blue-Collar RecruiterLocation: [Delhi/Ncr , UP] Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in bulk/blue-collar hiring) Job Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for blue-collar roles (e.g., delivery boys, drivers, warehouse staff, loaders, packers, helpers, etc.). Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Manage bulk hiring through job portals, references, local networks, and field recruitment. Conduct interviews and ensure smooth onboarding of candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure targets are met within deadlines. Build and maintain strong vendor and local recruiter relationships. Key Skills:Good communication and negotiation skills. Experience in bulk or mass recruitment. Knowledge of local manpower sources and hiring methods. Proficiency in MS Excel for daily reporting. Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
