Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Recruiter at OwnThriveProner, located in Chennai. The Recruiter typically with a 1 year to 5 years experience will be responsible for understanding the hiring needs of the company, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with managers. The Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases, develop job descriptions, and enhance the company’s recruitment processes. Freshers can also apply.
