Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, Our Office located in Tiruchirappalli (SRIRANGAM). The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. The Recruiter will also maintain and update applicant tracking systems, coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment tools
• Use advanced sourcing strategies via social media, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and reports.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation with selected candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
•  Work closely with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company s hiring needs for each position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or Technical education background is a plus
• Required minimum 1+ Years of relevant experience.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate qualifications
• Previous experience in recruitment, especially in IT and Non-IT sectors, is an advantage

Work location: Tiruchirappalli

Work Mode: Work from Office
