Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Manpower Recruiter to handle recruitment activities for our growing network of Naturals Salon branches across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the salon industry, a strong network of salon professionals, and fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for various salon roles (Stylists, Beauticians, Managers, Assistants, etc.) across all Kerala branches.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, social media, and personal networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and interpersonal fit.
• Coordinate interviews, trials, and onboarding in coordination with branch managers.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future staffing needs.
• Build and maintain a database of salon professionals across Kerala.
• Support employee retention strategies by understanding branch needs and candidate expectations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment within the salon or beauty industry.
• Strong network and contacts with salon professionals across Kerala (an added advantage).
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
• Ability to travel to different branches for recruitment and onboarding support.
• Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of salon job profiles and expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
