Cluster Manager

We're seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple salons in Kasaragod, Kannur, Kozhikode, and Wayanad, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll lead a team, manage operations, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor salon operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality.

2. Lead and motivate a team of stylists, assistants, and support staff.

3. Achieve sales targets and drive business growth through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.

4. Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and optimize resources.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 Years of Experience

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
