Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

What You’ll Do

✅ Support franchise partners in achieving business and operational goals
✅ Act as the key link between franchisees and Head Office✅ Conduct engaging training programs for franchisee employees✅ Assist in marketing and sales initiatives to boost revenue✅ Analyze performance and recommend strategies for success

What We’re Looking For

✔ 3–4 years of experience in Business Development / Partner Support / Operations
✔ Strong understanding of marketing & sales
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills✔ Ability to train, influence, and motivate teams✔ Willingness to travel within your cluster
