We have an opportunity for Associate Consultant / Technical Recruiter Role in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Utilize sourcing portals such as
Naukri
, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle in a
fast-paced environment
, meeting tight deadlines.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct pre-screening and interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
1-6 years in IT recruitment.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms like
Naukri
and LinkedIn is essential.
Hands-on experience in
C2H recruitment
is a plus.
Excellent
communication skills
(both verbal and written).
Ability to thrive in a
team-oriented environment
and adapt to dynamic hiring needs.
Strong
organizational skills
and attention to detail.
