Greeting from MS Agarwal Foundries! We are looking to onboard a Talent Acquisition Executive who specializes in Non-IT recruitment to strengthen our HR team. Key Responsibilities: Support and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordination for interviews, documentation, and selection. Ensure timely closure of open positions across various departments and organizational levels. Should be well-versed in maintaining daily MIS reports and recruitment trackers. Responsible for managing candidate documentation and ensuring accurate and organized filing systems. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering within deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internal HR tools for recruitment documentation and process automation.
