To lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative functions aligned to business strategy, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, industrial relations, organizational development, and statutory compliance within the steel manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning & Organization Development

• Partner with top management to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Drive organizational restructuring, competency mapping, and change management initiatives.
• Develop and implement performance-driven culture through robust PMS frameworks (KRA/KPI-based).
• Spearhead HR digital transformation initiatives for efficiency.

2. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

• Maintain harmonious employee and industrial relations at the plant level.

3. Compensation & Benefits

• Formulate and implement C&B policies for staff and workers.
• Manage incentive and reward systems for performance recognition.

4. Statutory Compliance & Audits

• Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws – Factories Act, ESIC, EPF, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour Act, etc.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government bodies for inspections and audits.
• Maintain documentation and records as per ISO and other certifications.

5. Administration & Facility Management

• Oversee plant/office infrastructure management, canteen, transport, housekeeping, and security.
• Manage CSR, community engagement, and sustainability initiatives.
• Handle crisis management, fire safety drills, and emergency preparedness.
