Job Description

Job Title: Full-Time HR Intern (Unpaid – 3 Months)

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 Months

Working Days: Monday to Alternate Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Support onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires
Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reports
Help execute employee engagement activities and internal events
Draft HR communications, reports, and official letters
Coordinate with different departments and external candidates
Perform general HR admin and support tasks as required

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools
Eager to learn, highly motivated, and proactive
Available to work full-time for the entire internship duration
