Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Siliguri. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms. Day-to-day tasks will include screening resumes, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also build strong working relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluating
• Experience with various interview formats and tools
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR and recruitment practices and laws
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
