Job Summary
.We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding suitable candidates. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Understand hiring requirements from clients or internal teams.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Foundit), social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process (shortlisting, interview updates, offer rollout, onboarding).
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets and meet client expectations

Skills

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: HR, Management, or related)
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and social networking for recruitment
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
