Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers or clients.
  
• Post job openings on various job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.).
  
• Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
  
• Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess candidates skills and fit.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules with clients or internal teams.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets related to sourcing, interviews, and closures.
  

Requirements

• 1–6 years of experience in

  domestic recruitment

  (IT/Non-IT/BPO/Manufacturing, etc.).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills, especially on Indian job portals.
  
• Good communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
  
• Familiarity with various job roles across different industries.
  
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tools.
