Location: Coimbatore(only WFO, no remote) Roles and responsibilities:Recruitment Delivery Manager will be responsible for team direction and leadership including hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency and strategic direction, issue resolution and the implementation of the overall account strategy to ensure the team is performing at the levels expected by each client and as defined in the service level agreements of each engagement. Meeting with the recruitment team to discuss daily capacity management and ensure appropriate workload to maximize program efficiencies. Overseeing and monitoring onboarding activities as per client process. resolving issues, and escalating as needed Recruiting, Inducting, and training new hires, ensuring an effective onboarding process to minimize disruption to the client and improve time to productivity. Strong written and verbal presentation skills. Leadership skills and ability to drive results in a matrix environment. Extensive experience in using LinkedIn RPS and Job Boards. Minimum 10+ yrs of experience in UK/Europe Recruitment. Experience working in a Team Leader/Operations Management role.
