Key Responsibilities Understand job requirements from hiring managers or clients. Post job openings on various job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.). Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references. Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess candidates skills and fit. Coordinate interview schedules with clients or internal teams. Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Meet daily/weekly targets related to sourcing, interviews, and closures.
