Position: IT Recruiter – Europe & UK

Location:Chennai / Coimbatore (Work From Office)

Remote: Open to applicants from anywhere in India

We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in UK/Europe staffing to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Europe & UK

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

- Source & engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and referrals

- Screen, interview, and manage offers and onboarding

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Europe/UK IT recruitment

- Prior experience with IT skill sets across regions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
