Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Saket. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the recruitment database, creating and updating job descriptions, and leveraging tools and platforms to reach qualified candidates. The role also involves nurturing professional relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and providing input to improve hiring processes.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Experience with recruitment databases, tools, and job posting platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build candidate and stakeholder relationships
  • Time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Analytical abilities to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
