Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Mysore at INFOMAZE. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions. The role will also involve collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification is a plus
