Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at HTD Resources located in Vadodara. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads, conducting candidate outreach, performing background checks, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also participate in job fairs, develop recruitment strategies, and work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of developing recruitment strategies and posting job ads
• Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and performing background checks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and participate in job fairs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in staffing or recruitment is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
