Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment processes, from understanding technical requirements to onboarding candidates. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring top technical talent to support our companys growth. Key Responsibilities: Understand the technical requirements of various IT roles by coordinating with hiring managers. Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate regular reports. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Negotiate salary and prepare job offers in collaboration with HR policies. Stay updated on current hiring trends and best practices in tech recruitment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of various IT technologies, programming languages, and development frameworks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
