Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This role also involves handling all documentation related to recruitment and onboarding.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment drives
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and dashboards


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS is a plus
