Job Title: Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) Experience Required: 6 Months to 2 Years Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across various levels and functions Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and referrals Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidate fitment Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients Maintain and update candidate records in internal databases and trackers Build strong relationships with candidates for future pipeline requirements Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle Meet assigned targets on closures and timelines Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (IT and Non-IT) Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and result orientation Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus What We Offer: Exposure to a wide range of industries and clients Opportunity to learn and grow within the HR consulting ecosystem Collaborative and supportive work environment Performance-based incentives and recognition
