Job Summary

We’re hiring a Recruiter to power the growth of our team at Figuring Out. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing and evaluating candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring every hire is a perfect fit for both the role and our culture. Responsibilities

1. Understand roles deeply and define candidate profiles
2. Draft clear and engaging job postings tailored for each platform
3. Actively source and headhunt candidates beyond inbound applications
4. Design assignments/tests to evaluate candidate skills and fit
5. Manage communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
6. Maintain accurate candidate data on HRMS
7. Ensure an efficient, smooth, and professional candidate experience

Experience & Eligibility

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience (preferred in media, content, startup, or creative industries)
• Experience sourcing for diverse roles (creatives, editors, strategists, analysts, etc.)
• Freshers with strong HR internships and sourcing skills will also be considered
• Strong communication (written & verbal)
• Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools
• Organizational & time management skills
