Role Objective

To manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts under the RPO/third-party hiring model — ensuring high-quality sourcing, precise screening, structured candidate database management, and consistent joining conversions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment (RPO Model)

• Understand client JDs, hiring expectations & role requirements
• Post jobs across paid & free job portals
• Source relevant candidates from Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Internshala & other channels
• Perform structured telephonic screenings
• Evaluate salary, notice period, location fit, and communication
• Schedule interviews and ensure high attendance
• Coordinate continuously with client HR teams
• Manage offer, negotiation & joining follow-ups
• Maintain trackers, MIS updates & daily hiring sheets

Candidate Sourcing & Database Management

• Boolean expertise & multi-channel sourcing
• Build & maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Manage Drive/Sheets & maintain clean data pools
• Daily tracking of outreach → screening → status updates

3. Client & 3rd-Party Coordination

• Communicate with client HR teams for interviews
• Share shortlisted profiles with screening notes
• Provide daily/weekly hiring reports
• Ensure SLA-based TAT is met for every role

Tender-Based & Government Hiring (Preferred Advantage)

• Experience in govt-linked or tender-based hiring
• High-volume recruitment exposure
• Compliance & documentation understanding

Must-Have Skills

✔ Prior experience in Recruitment Agency / Consultancy / RPO

✔ Strong sourcing & screening capability

✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔ Fast hiring speed with accuracy

✔ Ability to handle bulk + specialised roles

✔ Proficiency with job portals & MS Sheets/Drive

✔ Client coordination experience
