Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and employee referrals.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in

  Zoho Recruit / Zoho People / Excel

• Conduct

  , coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and management to

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various platforms, resume screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Experience in designing and executing recruitment plans aligned with hiring needs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment analytics, and compliance with labor laws.
• Ability to work independently and manage a structured recruitment process efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in recruitment within the consulting or professional services industry is an added advantage.
