Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying potential candidates and conducting interviews to facilitating offers and onboarding. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applicants, and maintaining recruitment databases. Additionally, the Recruiter will participate in employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

Proficiency in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews
Experience in developing recruitment strategies, planning, and coordinating hiring activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
