Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Create and post job advertisements across various platforms. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct initial interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person) and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and feedback.
