Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for

  US-based clients

  using job portals like

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn

  .
• Work on

  W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements

  , with a clear understanding of

  US tax terms and visa types

  (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate pay rates/salaries with candidates and successfully close positions.
• Maintain ATS/database and ensure accurate records of submissions and recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience

  as a US Recruiter.
• Good understanding of

  US recruitment process, visa classifications, and tax terms

  .
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in

  US Shift timings (EST/PST)

  .

• Location
