Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job posts in different platforms and build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
• Shortlist potential candidates based on their relevant skill set, experience, exposure, and other attributes
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with the candidates
• Perform reference checks as needed
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and employment terms
• Present reports on recruitment regularly to the team
  

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter. Experience in the software industry will be preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and resume databases
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
• Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews
• Attention to detail
