About the Role

Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    process for BFSI/Insurance roles.
  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring needs.
  • Source candidates using various platforms Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
  • Conduct initial screening to evaluate fitment, interest, and availability.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage MIS reports, trackers, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • 16 years of recruitment experience (mandatory BFSI/Insurance domain exposure).
  • Strong knowledge of hiring across different levels and roles in BFSI.
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and deliver quality closures.
