About the Role

Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
process for BFSI/Insurance roles.
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring needs.
Source candidates using various platforms Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate fitment, interest, and availability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures within agreed SLAs.
Manage MIS reports, trackers, and updates to stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience.

Desired Skills & Competencies

16 years of recruitment experience (mandatory BFSI/Insurance domain exposure).
Strong knowledge of hiring across different levels and roles in BFSI.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and deliver quality closures.
