Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring candidates within the Automation / Industrial Automation domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of stability and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: Handle the entire hiring process from identifying needs to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate with engineering teams and managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source specialized talent: Use various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks) to find and attract passive and active candidates with experience in industrial automation
  • Screen and assess candidates: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill and critical roles to meet future needs.
  • Manage candidate experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on metrics: Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Stay current on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in industrial automation, robotics, and IIoT to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate logistics: Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably in a technical or engineering-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract candidates with specialized technical skills.
  • Familiarity with the industrial automation field, including knowledge of specific technologies like PLCs, robotics, SCADA, and IIoT.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical qualifications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

: 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Automation / Engineering industry.

Stability in employment is very very important

Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.Location: Must be currently based in Delhi / NCR.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.Skills: hiring,portals,communication,industrial automation,recruitment,automation
