Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end part of the recruitment process across junior, mid-level, and senior-level roles. This role involves managing entire hiring responsibilities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while also ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders


Key Responsibilities:

·        Proactively source for open positions through various talent sourcing tools such as recruitment portals, social media, and professional network.

·        Oversee all stages of the recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

·        Conduct detailed screening and assessments to ensure both technical qualifications and cultural alignment.

·        Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and manage the interview process from candidate shortlisting to final selection.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring metrics and progress.

·        Ensure uniformity in all Job Description and people specifications.

·        Conduct ref-checks, collect documents, and facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.

·        Stay informed on industry hiring trends and challenges, particularly within the travel sector.


Requirements:

·

·        At least 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably within recruitment consulting firms or industries such as Travel & Tourism, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS-Excel and experience using recruitment portals.

·        Willingness to work in late evening shifts to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
