Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and secure the best talent. This role also involves maintaining recruitment databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Expertise in recruiting, sourcing, and conducting interviews Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases Understanding of labor laws and best practices in recruitment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in corporate travel or events industry is a plus Show more Show less
