Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle:

  sourcing ? screening ? interview coordination ? offer ? joining

• Work on

  IT roles

  (Software, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, Support, etc.) and

  Non-IT roles

  (Sales, HR, Operations, Finance, BPO, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and deliver

  quality profiles within defined TAT

Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through

  job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases

• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate technical/functional fit
• Maintain a strong

  candidate pipeline

  for ongoing and future requirements

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate data in Excel / tracking sheets
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings
• Meet

  monthly hiring targets and KPIs
